Chris Wilson, founder of Tigerfight and son, Ryan, a blood cancer survivor himself, approached the 116-year-old candy company in October 2012 with an amazing idea to create a new taffy chew flavor. The result was one of the sweetest fundraising endeavors ever! They named the new taffy “Tiger Chews” and a portion of each Tiger Chew purchase supports Blood Cancer United and their mission to help blood cancer patients live longer, fuller lives. And, because September is Blood Cancer Awareness month, Dewar’s Candy Shop doubles its donation throughout the month.
